When you choose a 12-Month Commitment Plan, the following rules apply:

You will be billed monthly for 12 consecutive months.

You cannot cancel mid-term. Instead, you must use “Set to Cancel”, which schedules cancellation at the end of the 12-month period (i.e. after your 12th box ships).

If you do not use “Set to Cancel,” your subscription will automatically renew into a new 12-month term.

You remain responsible for all monthly charges through the full 12 months, regardless of whether you later decide to end the plan early.

Once the commitment cycle completes and if cancellation was scheduled, the subscription ends — no further billing or shipments will occur.

All cancellation requests should be submitted before the 15th of the month in which your 12-month term ends, to ensure your subscription does not roll into a new commitment.
