You can skip or pause your Standard Monthly subscription through your account portal. Note that 12-Month Commitment Plans cannot be skipped or paused during the commitment period — skipping or pausing only becomes available after the 12 months have been fulfilled.
How it works:

For Standard Monthly subscriptions: skipping or pausing will delay billing for one month (you won’t be charged or receive a box for that skipped month).

For 12-Month Commitment Plans: skip/pause is disabled until the 12-month term ends. After that, the account operates like a monthly plan and skip/pause becomes available.

Log in to your account

Under “My Subscription,” click Manage

Navigate to Subscription Settings

Choose “Skip My Subscription” or “Pause Subscription” and confirm
Your skip or pause will apply to the next billing cycle, delaying both payment and shipment.
